Testimony

9 But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.
 

My testimony is how the Lord delivered me out of the darkness of Multiple Chemical Sensitivies, Environmental Illness (MCS/EI) and many other diseases, syndromes and led me into His marvelous  light. I owe all my healings to the Lord and I give Him all the glory!

Let me give you a brief description of what MCS/EI was for me. In 2009 I could only orally consume the same 3 foods every day without having painful reactions. The reactions consisted of rashes, tightening of the torso (it was like taking a wet rag in your hands and twisting it in two different directions to ring it out) it felt like I was being strangled and my feet would turn blue. I could only wear certain cotton clothes. I had trouble breathing the air around me, so I wore a mask all the time. I stayed isolated in my home away from everyone and everything, because all fragrances and chemicals caused serious reactions. 

EI would cause some of the same reactions that MCS did along with neurological problems. I had to stay away from electromagnetic fields and from lights, so no lights were on in my home. I lived in total darkness and had to stay away from all of today's modern technology, appliances and telephones.

A lot of the health problems complied over a 25 year span. I can't tell you how many hours I had spent in doctors offices (conventional and alternative), in medical labs, having tests, blood draws, treatments, surgeries, and then recovering from surgeries. The money we spent on all this care is more than I care to think about. Yes, some was necessary due to a traumatic natural child birthing experience. But things just seemed to get worse from that point on. Food and chemical allergies started to plague me to the point of total isolation and avoidance of foods and chemicals as I will discuss in this testimony.

In December of 2009 I spent 3 weeks at the Environmental Health Center in Dallas, Texas and spent thousands of dollars on tests and allergy injections. I only became sicker and in more fear after being poked and prodder with allergy injections and being told that this food and that chemical would only make me sicker. By the end of each day my arms were all black and blue from the allergy injections. This was a very painful process that I did for 3 weeks.

In February of 2010 I went to a healing service at a church in my home town and heard the Lord tell me that He wanted to heal me. The Bible verse that spoke to me was Mark 5:34 He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering.” I went up for an alter call and two women and my husband prayed over me. I felt a hot sensation in my lower back where my husbands hand was and I felt supernatural things happening inside me and around me. I knew in that moment God was working within me. 

A few weeks after the healing service 3 women from that church came to my home and prayed with me. As they were leaving one of the women named Heide gave me a book to read, but because of my MCS I could not read it, I was still reacting to the chemicals in ink and paper. So I had to put it to the side and wait.

During this time I was going to doctors 3 days a week; I was down to 81 pounds and had a pick line in my arm to receive IV therapy twice a week for hydration. At this point in my journey even drinking water caused reactions. I was isolated and homebound with a visiting nurse. She would come and change my pick line bandages and draw blood for testing.

The tests showed that I was in liver and kidney failure. By this time I was giving up hope and was getting impatient waiting for my healing from the Lord and wanted to see and say “good-bye” to my son who lived in New Mexico. My husband and I decided to through all caution to the wind and take a leap of faith and travel to New Mexico in May of 2010. My son worked during the day and we spent hours talking together in the evenings. My son encouraged me to hang on and not give up. This was huge for me to hear him say those words, because I thought he didn’t care about me anymore because he moved so far away. My heart was broken and those words he spoke to me made all the difference in the world to me and I wanted to hang on and fight for my life.

While we were in New Mexico my husband started reading the book that Heide gave me, called Out of Many Waters by Anita Hill. In that book Anita Hill had Multiple Chemical Sensitivities and Environmental Illness among many other serious health problems. She ended up traveling from California to Pleasant Valley Church in Florida in 1992 to work on her healing with Pastor Henry Wright. She is alive and well today and serving the Lord at Be in Health  in Thomaston, Georgia. 

While we were reading Anita Hill's book, my husbands mother called and said "she was reading a book called A More Excellent Way by Henry Wright and there were similarities in the book in regards to my medical problems". When we got back home from New Mexico my husband read that book to me and I started letting spiritually rooted issues go and giving them to the Lord. Blessings started coming my way and I began to eat foods that the "Experts" had told me I could never eat. Praise God Almighty!

Also, during this same time we heard of a woman in Michigan named Shirley that was healed of Multiple Chemical Sensitivities and Environmental Illnesses after attending the For My Life program at Be in Health in Thomaston, GA. We contacted her and she and her husband drove an hour to visit with us and give us their testimony. Restoring others is so important. This was a turning point for me. Praise God for her healing, testimony and encouragement!

In July 2010 we attended the For My Life program at Be in Health in Thomaston, GA. The bases of this teaching are that many of us need to address Spiritual Roots to Disease before we receive healing and 80% of all diseases are spiritually rooted. These Spiritual Roots include: fear (as in stress and anxiety), self pity, bitterness, unforgiveness, jealousy, envy and so on.

For nine months (from December 2009--August 2010) my colon had stopped working. I was too weak and mal-nourished for a surgery to have all or part of my colon removed, because the experts said my colon was dead. (the surgery was recommended by a doctor at a University Hospital and a local surgeon). I had to do enema therapy for all those months. After months of being faithful to God and waiting on Him to heal me, I listened to a Be in Health Teleconference called "The Father’s Love" on August 24, 2010. There was a woman on this teleconference with similar spiritually rooted issues, in regards to her father and step-mom, so I did the repentance and deliverance prayer with them and then hung up the phone. It was 9:00 at night so I went into the bathroom to get ready for bed and had my first bowel movement on my own and I have been going on my own ever since. Praise the Lord my colon wasn't dead! 

From July 2010 to October 2010 I had not been to any doctor or had any IV treatments, bloodwork, etc. Towards the end of 2010, I went back to my family doctor for a wellness physical and he was very shocked and pleased to see the progress I had made and how good my blood work looked. Back in June 2010 I was in kidney and liver failure and my doctor was going to put me in the hospital for intervenes feeding, but I walked away and gave it all to the Lord. I am healthy now and my kidneys and liver are doing great! 

God healed me of the following: Multiple Chemical Sensitivies, Environmental Illness, Food Allergies, Severely Compromised Immune System, Liver and Kidney Failure, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Leaky Gut, Malasorption, Malnurishment, Chronic inflammation, Adrenal Fatigue, Anxiety, Depression, Very Low Blood Pressure and Body Temperature and a Paralyzed Colon. Praise God that He saved me just in the nick of time! 

As of 2018 I have gained 59 pounds, I am driving my car again, eating a very wide range of foods. I was working 32 hours a week, but now retired. I travel all over the US and out of the country and can sleep any place I want. I have taught a children's Bible study at a friend's day care and the list goes on. Praise the Lord!

God is so good and faithful! And He is no respecter of persons. He did it for me and He will do it for you. I give God all the glory for these healings!

Acts 10:34-35 (KJV) 34 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons. 35 But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.

I highly recommend reading the book A More Excellent Way by Henry Wright and/or going to Be in Health in Thomaston, GA for the For My Life program. It changed my life and my relationship with the Lord is awesome!

Be in Health reports that 80% of all diseases have a spiritual root, that's right. So the disease that you have needs to be taken care of spiritually and medically. The spiritual roots should be dealt with so the disease doesn't reoccur or start at all. In my case the doctors could not do anything for me because the spiritual roots were holding the diseases in place. Healing could not begin until the spiritual roots were gone. So if you find yourself at the end of your rope with doctoring than it is time to look at the spiritual roots to disease, blocks to healing, doorpoints and 8 R's to freedom. Be sanctified and be made whole and healthy again.

I have been a Christian for 30+ years and had never received this kind of teaching or training that there are spiritual roots to disease and how they can affect our immune system through the spirit, soul and body connection. I have met and heard of many people with diseases and syndromes that have been healed through this teaching.
